I found Erin through a highly respected judge whom I had asked for a recommendation for a divorce attorney. From the moment that we had our initial meeting, I knew that Erin would represent me with professionalism, dignity and character. I knew she was my advocate from day one and I trusted her abilities to negotiate a fair settlement as well as navigate through all the seemingly unending snags and obstacles in my own case. She was a levelheaded warrior who also encouraged me, provided me sound advice and helped me maintain my sense of humor through a very difficult time. I would highly recommend her.

Hiring an attorney to handle a divorce, especially when you have children, is very stressful. As soon as I met Erin, I just knew I was in good hands, and I was right! I had an incredibly difficult/messy divorce, and Erin managed everything perfectly every step of the way.It is very obvious that when she walks into the courtroom she has the utmost respect of every attorney and clerk in there, as well as the judge, and that's because of the way she carries herself. Erin is incredibly intelligent, but also very humble and respectful, and that goes a long way in the courtroom!Erin has always listened to my concerns, gave me excellent advice, and guided me in the right direction throughout the entire process! My ex-husband acted as his own attorney, so the process took about two years, and Erin handled every ridiculous curveball professionally and with grace. In the end, I got every single thing I wanted, and my ex-husband fought her every step of the way. Ms. O'Brien is the smartest lawyer I have ever met. She was always on top of my case. She was never forgetful or confused. My ex tried to be sneaky and she caught all his tricks. She got me more than double what they offered. Also the staff is great. They are always nice, respectful and responsive. Everything they did was super quick. When I was going through my divorce, we hired Erin to mediate the child custody agreement. Before walking in, emotions were high and things were very stressful. Erin came into the room with extreme confidence and a calm demeanor that eased the tension in the room immediately. She directed the conversation in a very matter of fact manner, and offered up a very level and honest opinion.It would have been very easy for her to take advantage of an emotional situation and drag the proceedings out overtime so she could make more money. Erin chose to do the right thing and make a strong recommendation that we all agreed was correct. It's saved me a lot of headache, a lot of money, and a lot of stress on my children. The low-rater has to be a rare case, OR Erin wasn't his lawyer!I 'had to' hire Erin when my ex got himself a lawyer and decided to make our divorce harder than it had to be.From the first time I met with her, Erin was the kindest, most patient, professional, thorough, and attentive lawyer. It wasn't easy, but she fought for me and my kids, took the time to make sure I knew exactly what was going down, and worked her butt off for me.In the end, I was able to get the divorce I wanted. Even after the final decree, Erin was there to help with further issues.Best choice I could've made and best money I ever spent!!!

I love Erin! And Kailtyn and Arielle! This is a wonderful office of very strong and competent women. They work SO HARD to do right by their clients.
